When one is looking to reduce the noise of a genset at the exhaust, ITS offers complete soundproofing exhaust systems, from the engine output flange, including silencers, bellows, piping elements of the exhaust line, chimney (stack), and, where appropriate: Selective Catalytic Reduction device (SCR).
The soundproofing exhaust systems for a genset (diesel or gas) marketed by ITS are designed for stationary engines (e.g. generators, emergency units, cogeneration plants) or for fluvial and marine applications of any capacity. They have been developed and tested to make possible their installation downstream of all industrial engines, regardless of their brand and type.
A case-by-case design, taking into account the entire exhaust line with respect to both its acoustic performance and its aeraulic performance allows an overall optimization of the system for compatibility between high energy efficiency and low noise emissions.
